Coverage is written by a member company of the AXIS group of insurance companies, rated “A+” (Strong) by Standard & Poor’s and “A” (Excellent) XV by A.M. Best.
Coverage features
- Extended reporting period of up to 5 years at specified rates
- Coverage for wholly-owned entities created or acquired during the policy period for 60 days subject to terms and conditions of the policy and receipt and review of underwriting information and premium payment, if applicable
- Available in all 50 states and DC on a surplus lines basis except NJ (admitted)
