Introducing MPL Express
AXIS® PRO’s MPL Express, exclusively available from AXIS PRO, is a unique, easy-to-use, online underwriting platform providing instantaneous quotes that can be bound with the touch of a button. Additional commission is paid on all New Business issued through the portal.
Traditional MPL business can also be uploaded with this portal, but will be paid existing commissions. Coverage is written by a member company of the AXIS group of insurance companies, rated “A+” (Strong) by Standard & Poor’s and “A” (Excellent) XV by A.M. Best.
Introducing AXIS PRO
Since the acquisition of Media/Professional Insurance by AXIS in May of 2007, Media/Pro has undergone a dramatic transformation. Policy forms have been enhanced, new products have been introduced, a new underwriting platform has been deployed and regional offices are being established.
Media/Professional Insurance has enjoyed a long history as a global leader in coverage for media, entertainment, cyber/tech and miscellaneous professional risks. However, our recognition as the nation’s largest underwriter of media and entertainment risks may have overshadowed our expertise in cyber/tech and miscellaneous professional coverage.
To better reflect our specializations in cyber/tech, miscellaneous professional and professional firms risks as well as our ongoing expertise in media and entertainment, and to better align with the AXIS brand, effective May 18, 2009 Media/Professional Insurance will operate as AXIS PRO.
The levels of expertise and experience to which you have become accustomed will continue. The people and relationships you value will remain. Enhancements to our products will be ongoing and our dedication to service will be unwavering. Going forward all of our E&O products, including professional firms, media, entertainment, cyber/tech and miscellaneous professional liability will be offered under the AXIS PRO banner.
